HR Representative Tier I, HR Shared Services with Spanish in Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria
Job Description
Global Human Resources Services(GHRS) Sofia is responsible for developing and managing enterprise-wide HRprocesses and technology regarding specific administrative functions. It servesapproximately 3,000 Sutherland employees predominantly in EMEA and LatinAmerica. The HR Representative serves as a first point of contact for employeesand managers assistance and information. She/ he collects and providesrequested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer or escalateissues in accordance with company and HR policies and procedures. This functionworks closely with the various country HR teams, employees and managers of theservices countries.
Primary Responsibilities andEssential Functions
Required Core Competencies:
** Clearly demonstrated customerorientation;
** Working knowledge of human resourcespractices is of an advantage.
Responsibilities:
** Professionally andaccurately responds to written and verbal inquiries from employees and managersregarding HR questions, issues and status changes. This would include predominantlyspecialized HR tool and e-mail interactions, in some cases phone or Skypecommunication might be necessary;
** Manages employee profile changes,special pays, professional and personal updates, benefits maintenance, documentpreparation and report running;
** Interfaces with HRBPs, HRIS,compensation, benefits and payroll specialists to assist in the administrationand support of employees cases;
** Quickly and accuratelyresolves cases in a sensitive and customer-focused manner in accordance with corporatepolicies and procedures;
** Escalates complex cases tothe respective GHRS management;
** Takes the responsibility forthe employee file maintenance;
** Maintains high degree ofconfidentiality;
** Performs other duties asrequested.
Qualifications
Requirements:
** Fluency in Albanian German and English language;
** Very good German language;
** Excellent communication skills and sense of team belonging;
** Ability to grasp new andcomplex concepts quickly;
** Clear desire to obtain new skills and competencies;
** Customer service experience is required;
** HR experience is an advantage;
** University education in the field of HR would be an advantage.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements for Current Sutherland Employees:
** Tenure of at least 6 months in the company is required;
